The ig4™ EndoBronchial is a CT stereotactic accessory using electromagnetic (EM) tracking to navigate endoscopic tools within the tracheobronchial tree. System components include an EM tracking accessory (navigation guidewire), patient referencing system, EM field generator, computer, and pulmonary planning workstation. The device registers the patient to a pre-acquired CT-based model using reference points. It compensates for respiratory motion by gating navigation displays to the specific respiratory phase captured during CT scanning. Used in clinical settings by physicians to guide tools; the system displays the instrument position overlaid on the CT model on a monitor. The main differences between the ig4TM EndoBronchial and the inReach System is that the ig4™ EndoBronchial automatically registers the patient location to the CT-based model via the use of reference points, and compensates for the effects of respiration on soft tissue locations by gating the navigation displays to the point in the respiratory cycle where the CT-scans were acquired. Dissimilarities between the ig4™ EndoBronchial and the predicate devices do not affect the safety or effectiveness of this device. ### Performance Data: Bench testing on a static phantom and animal testing were completed to demonstrate navigation accuracy.
