Topical emulsions (HYDROPERMEATE™, ANSWER2SKIN™) function as wound dressings; composed of ~75% purified water, 20% wax/oily ingredients, 5% dissolved ingredients (triethanolamine sodium alginate). Triethanolamine sodium alginate forms gel with water upon application. Applied topically to wound sites to manage dermal conditions; intended for prescription (HYDROPERMEATE™) or OTC (ANSWER2SKIN™) use. Provides protective barrier for wound healing; supports management of burns, ulcers, and abrasions.
