Device Story

Refix Clip is an implantable surgical device consisting of a single monofilament Nitinol wire sharpened at both ends; arms are curved like a bow and separated by a central wire loop. Used by surgeons in general and vascular surgery to assist in creating anastomoses in blood vessels/grafts and for approximating tissue to tissue or tissue to woven graft material. Device includes an implantable clip and a delivery system. Operates as a mechanical fastener to secure tissues or grafts during surgical procedures.
