Clinical Evidence

Data from a total of 90 subjects referred to the sleep clinic by a physician was manually scored in accordance with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) guidelines to determine apnea and hypopnea events. The Happy Apnea Hypopnea Index (hAHI) was compared to the counts of the manually scored apnea and hypopnea events. Analysis of the data shows that hAHI correlates well with the PSG AHI.
