Device Story
Modular multi-wavelength laser/light system; delivers thermal energy via scanning/focusing optics. Components: control console, power supply, cooling system, fiber optic/articulated arm delivery system, handpiece/scanner. Used in clinical settings by physicians (dermatology, plastic/general surgery). Operates via selective photothermolysis or direct tissue ablation/coagulation. Physician visualizes treatment site; adjusts parameters (fluence, spot size, repetition rate) to achieve clinical endpoints (hemostasis, tissue removal, hair reduction). Benefits: minimally invasive surgical/aesthetic outcomes; versatile multi-modality platform.
Clinical Evidence
No clinical data provided; substantial equivalence based on technological characteristics and performance similarities to legally marketed predicate devices.
Technological Characteristics
Modular laser/light system; wavelengths include 1064 nm, 1320 nm, 2940 nm, and pulsed light (300-1400 nm). Features fiber optic or articulated arm delivery, integrated cooling, and control console. Energy delivery via scanning/focusing optics. Class II device.
Indications for Use
Indicated for patients requiring soft tissue surgery, dermatological procedures, or aesthetic treatments. Includes treatment of vascular/pigmented lesions, hair reduction (all skin types I-VI), acne, wrinkles, scars, venous reflux, and topical heating for pain relief. Contraindications not specified.
