Operation: Resin is 3D printed layer-by-layer using a compatible printer, then light-cured to form the final appliance. Used in dental offices/labs by clinicians. Output: Definitive dental prosthetics (crowns, veneers, artificial teeth). Bench testing only. Biocompatibility testing performed per ISO 10993-1, -3, -5, -10, -11, and -23. You may, therefore, market the device, subject to the general controls provisions of the Act. The Midas Restore resin used with the Midas 3D printer, which relies on scanned images of the patient's oral cavity to produce a dental appliance.
