Intended Use

System provides real-time 2D intracardiac/intraluminal ultrasound imaging for interventional cardiology guidance. Comprised of 9F single-use sterile catheter with 64-element phased array transducer and XC11 ICE Box processing unit with touchscreen tablet. Catheter features four-way articulation for steering and on-handle imaging controls. System uses wireless connectivity between components. Operated by clinicians in interventional settings to visualize anatomy and devices during procedures. Output displayed on tablet for real-time guidance; assists in procedural navigation and device placement. Benefits include precise visualization of cardiac structures without diagnostic ultrasound requirements.

Clinical Evidence

No clinical studies were required to support substantial equivalence. Evidence consists of bench testing, including acoustic output, biocompatibility, cleaning/disinfection effectiveness, thermal, electrical, electromagnetic, and mechanical safety testing, and a GLP animal study.

COMPARISON OF TECHNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS WITH PREDICATES ## Intended Use The subject device and predicate are ultrasound system intended for intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) using a catheter-based ultrasound probe.
