The TM-2430/31 Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitors are designed to monitor systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate of adults who are eighteen (18) years and older using the oscillometric method. ## Device Story Ambulatory blood pressure monitors (TM-2430/31) designed for clinical or home use; patient-worn device. Inputs: oscillometric pressure signals from cuff. Operation: automated inflation/deflation cycles; signal processing to derive systolic/diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate. Output: digital display of blood pressure and pulse values. Healthcare providers use data for hypertension management and diagnostic assessment. Benefits: enables long-term blood pressure tracking outside clinical settings, providing comprehensive cardiovascular data for clinical decision-making. ## Clinical Evidence No clinical data provided; substantial equivalence based on technological characteristics and intended use. ## Technological Characteristics Oscillometric blood pressure measurement principle. Ambulatory form factor. Battery-powered. Software-based signal processing for pressure oscillation analysis. ## Regulatory Identification A noninvasive blood pressure measurement system is a device that provides a signal from which systolic, diastolic, mean, or any combination of the three pressures can be derived through the use of tranducers placed on the surface of the body. ## Related Devices - [K160349](/device/K160349.md) — Electronic Sphygmomanometer · Guangdong Biolight Meditech Co., Ltd. · Nov 3, 2016 - [K061161](/device/K061161.md) — BLOOD PRESSURE METER, MODEL CH-311B · Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. · Jun 26, 2006 - [K153552](/device/K153552.md) — AGE Automatic Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor · Ageless Health Industrial Co., Ltd. · Jun 1, 2016 - [K080274](/device/K080274.md) — AMBULO 2400 · Tiba Medical, Inc. · Apr 23, 2008 - [K123839](/device/K123839.md) — WA SERIES: WA100; WA200; WD100; WE100, WF100; WB200 · Ningbo Diaier Electronic Co., Ltd. · Jan 11, 2013 ## Submission Summary (Full Text) {0}------------------------------------------------ ## DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES Public Health Service Image /page/0/Picture/2 description: The image is a black and white logo for the Department of Health & Human Services - USA.
