Indira Cloud Viewer is a web-based, zero-footprint SaMD for visualization, processing, and manipulation of DICOM medical images. It enables authorized healthcare professionals (radiologists, technicians) to access and review studies stored in secure cloud infrastructure. Input consists of multi-modality DICOM images; output is displayed on a web interface for clinical review. The device provides tools for 2D/3D viewing, image manipulation, measurement, segmentation, and cine playback. It does not perform automated diagnosis, CAD, or algorithmic interpretation. It is used in clinical environments to support physician decision-making by facilitating image analysis and communication. The cloud-based architecture eliminates the need for local software installation, streamlining access to imaging data across clinical workflows.

Software lifecycle processes followed IEC 62304:2006 + AMD1:2015, including software development planning, requirements definition, architectural design, implementation, and systematic verification and validation. Traceability between requirements, risk controls, and test cases was maintained throughout the lifecycle. Risk management activities were performed in accordance with ISO 14971:2019. Hazards, including those related to software functionality, usability, and cybersecurity, were identified and evaluated. Risk control measures were implemented and verified to ensure that residual risks are acceptable and that the benefit-risk profile supports safe and effective use.
