Software verification and validation testing were conducted per IEC 62304:2006 and documentation was provided as recommended by FDA's Guidance for Industry and FDA Staff, "Guidance for the Content of Premarket Submissions for Software Contained in Medical Devices." The software for this device was considered as a "Minor" level of concern, the risk of this software has been assessed as level A, so there is no risk that is not within the scope under normal circumstances.
