Mobility scooter (X-12, X-14, X-17) provides mobility for disabled or elderly users in seated position. Device comprises base with four wheels plus two support wheels, seat, tiller console, electric motor, electromagnetic brake, and rechargeable battery. Rider controls movement via throttle lever, speed control dial, and handle on tiller. Electromagnetic brake engages automatically when device is not in use. Intended for indoor and restricted outdoor use on flat, paved surfaces. Device is foldable and disassemblable for transport.
