You may, therefore, market the device, subject to the general controls provisions of the Act. Summary of Non-Clinical Tests: The following performance data were provided in support of the substantial equivalence determination: ## Electrical Safety Electrical Safety Testing was conducted in accordance with IEC 60601-1 Edition 3.2 2020-08 CONSOLIDATED VERSION, Medical Electrical Equipment - Part 1: General requirements for Basic Safety and Essential Performance.
