It ingests DICOM 3.0 medical images via network protocols (TCP/IP). The system provides advanced visualization tools including 2D viewing, 3D volume rendering (with opacity/transparency control, clipping, zoom, pan, rotate), multi-planar reformatting (MPR) for oblique planes and irregular datasets, and automatic region growing. It also supports Standard Uptake Value (SUV) display and image fusion.
